Shipping¶
PiWalletSV ships full kits and case-only orders from the United States via Shippo (multi-carrier labels). Checkout collects your shipping address; shipping fees are shown before you pay.
Regions¶
Checkout accepts shipping addresses in:
US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, plus Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
How shipping is priced¶
We use zone-based flat rates per product (full kit vs case-only):
- On the shop, choose United States or International.
- Card and BSV checkout apply that zone’s flat rate automatically (no shipping method to pick).
- Enter the exact address (and country, if international) on the payment form.
Rates may be adjusted between batches as carrier prices change. After payment, we buy the most economical tracked label available for your destination via Shippo.
Delivery time¶
Typical transit (after we ship — usually within a few business days of payment):

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs can add delay internationally.
International orders — import duties¶
International shipments are sent DDU (duties unpaid): your country’s customs may charge import tax or duty on delivery. That is separate from the shipping fee collected at checkout and is your responsibility.
Tracking¶
When your package ships, tracking appears on the order status page (use your order ID). You may also receive email from us with the carrier tracking number.
BSV orders¶
BSV checkout collects your email (verified by link), shipping address, and payment on the BSV checkout page. Payment is confirmed on-chain; we email you when your order is paid and when it ships.
