Return & refund policy¶
Round-one kits. PiWalletSV ships with beta software. There is no warranty. See the Disclaimer.
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Message @PiWalletSV on X with your order ID before sending anything back. Do not return items without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Defective or damaged¶
If hardware arrives DOA or is damaged in shipping, message @PiWalletSV on X with your order ID and photos. We handle return shipping and replacement or refund case by case — you should not be out of pocket when the issue is our fault or carrier damage.
No restocking fee when the return is our fault.
Wrong item¶
Message us within 30 days — we ship the correct item or refund in full. No restocking fee. Arrangements are case by case via X.
Change of mind (unopened only)¶
Unopened kits or unused cases in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization from @PiWalletSV on X.

Opened, powered-on, or booted kits cannot be returned for change of mind.
After wallet setup¶
If you completed first-boot setup, entered a seed phrase, or funded the wallet, no return or refund is available. We cannot resell or re-flash a device that may have held keys.
Software issues¶
Beta software limitations, bugs, or compatibility issues are not grounds for a hardware refund. Use @PiWalletSV on X, GitHub issues, or re-flash from GitHub Releases (Download). Re-flash the SD before funding (verify on arrival).
Non-custodial / lost funds¶
We never have access to your keys. We cannot refund cryptocurrency losses, forgotten PINs, or lost seed phrases.
Refund timing¶
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods (if applicable). Card refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe. BSV orders are refunded at the USD amount on the invoice, not at a new BSV spot price.
